Our office for Express Kargo Forwarders Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Adarsh Industrial Estate, specifically units 32, 128, and 129. Being in Chakala on Sahar Road means we are right in the middle of the action near the airport. It’s a noisy spot with trucks coming in and out at all hours, but that’s the nature of cargo work. The industrial estate has that grey, functional look that tells you people are actually getting things done here. We aren't sitting in a high-rise in a business park; we’re on the ground, literally, dealing with pallets and shipping labels. The Sahar Road traffic can be a nightmare, especially when you’re trying to meet a deadline, but we’ve learned the shortcuts and the timing over the years. Inside the office, it’s mostly the sound of printers and people talking over the phone to customs or airlines. We have a lot of space in those three units, which is necessary when you have as much stuff moving through as we do. It’s a bit dusty, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that. We just focus on getting the cargo forwarded and making sure the documentation doesn't get stuck in a drawer somewhere. It’s straightforward, messy, and loud, but it’s our daily reality here in Andheri East, and we just keep moving forward.
