Excutive Search Firm

Our office is right on S.V. Road in Vile Parle West, located inside the Sapna building at number seven. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Bank of India, which is a very helpful landmark because the traffic on this main road can be a real mess during the peak hours. Being an executive search firm means we spend almost all of our time on the phone or sitting across from people in our small, slightly cramped meeting room. We are not one of those giant agencies with glass walls and modern art; it is more of a cozy, cluttered space with stacks of resumes and notebooks sitting on every available surface. Mumbai is such a fast-paced place, but we try to take our time to actually listen to what people are looking for in their next career move. We have seen a lot of different people come and go through these doors over the years we have been here. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walls feel a bit damp, but that is just part of being in an older building in this part of the city. We keep a pot of tea or coffee going and try to stay on top of the hundreds of emails that come in every single day. It is a lot of matching names to job roles and hoping the interviews go well for everyone involved. We just do our bit to help folks find where they need to be next in their working lives. It is nothing too fancy, just hard work and talking to people.
