Eternal Holdings Llp is located in Elegant House, which is inside the Raghuvanshi Mills Compound on Senapati Bapat Marg. This part of Lower Parel West is always buzzing with people and cars. Our office is tucked away in the compound, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We handle different holdings and investment things. The space we have is okay, though it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through at the end of the month. We don't have any marble floors or glass elevators. It’s just an old-style office with plenty of books and stacks of papers. We spend most of our time looking at contracts and bank statements. Raghuvanshi Mills is an interesting place to work because there are so many different types of businesses around us, from furniture shops to cafes. We see all sorts of people every day. We aren't into big meetings or long presentations. We just sit at our desks and get the work done. Sometimes we go out for lunch at one of the local spots nearby, but mostly we just eat at our desks while we check our emails. We've been here at Elegant House for a while now and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just focus on managing the assets we have and keeping things running smoothly day to day. It’s just how we operate.
