If you are looking for Esskay (India), we are tucked away in shop number 15. It’s inside the Jariwala Building on Ardeshir Dady Street. Most people use Alankar Cinema as a landmark to find us since it’s right nearby. This area is always buzzing with energy. Our shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot into it. There are boxes stacked near the entrance most days because we get deliveries constantly. I’ve been sitting behind this counter for years. The building is old and has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly deal with local folks and regulars who have been coming here since my father ran the place. It's a family thing, really. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you’re driving a big car. I usually tell people to walk from the main crossing. We don’t do much advertising. People just seem to know we are here. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It's simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. There is a small chai shop just two doors down that makes the best ginger tea. That’s where you’ll find me if I’m not at the desk or checking the stock.
