Emsons Exim Pvt. Ltd.

We run Emsons Exim Pvt. Ltd. from a space in Belvedere Court, which is Flat No. 2a on the second floor. It is over on Sane Guruji Marg in the Mahalaxmi area. Since it is a residential building that has got some offices in it, the place has a bit of a different feel than a regular commercial block. Our office is basically just us sitting around a few large tables with our laptops and a lot of folders. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't had the time to deal with that yet. Being in Mahalaxmi means there is always something happening outside on the street. You can hear the sounds of the city coming through the balcony door if we leave it open during the day. We do a lot of export and import coordination from here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking shipping schedules on the computer. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples lying around, but we make it work. The lift in Belvedere Court is one of those old-fashioned ones with the metal gate you have to pull shut yourself, and it can be a bit temperamental. We have got a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which we do several times a day. It is just a normal office where we get through our list of things to do. We don't have any fancy displays. Just some desks and a lot of work.
