We are based in G-301 on Tribune Road in Goregaon East. It’s one of those office setups that feels a bit like a home because it’s in a residential-style building. We like the atmosphere here; it’s less stiff than being in a big glass tower. Most of our work happens on computers, so the office is mostly cables, monitors, and people staring at screens for hours on end. We do a lot of designing and thinking about how things should look and function. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see people wearing headphones to stay in the zone. We have a small kitchen area where we congregate for breaks, usually complaining about the latest software update or talking about what we’re going to eat for dinner later. Goregaon East has changed a lot since we first moved in, but our little corner on Tribune Road has stayed pretty much the same. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, one of us will just get up from our desk to let you in. It’s a very informal environment, which suits us just fine. We just focus on getting the projects done and making sure the clients get what they need. It’s a decent way to spend the day, and we appreciate the quietness of our floor. We just try to do a good job without making things overly complicated.
