We are located in the BSEL Tech Park, specifically in the B Wing on the third floor, rooms 307 and 308. It’s right across from the Vashi Railway Station, so the commute for everyone is actually pretty easy compared to other parts of Navi Mumbai or the main city. Being in Sector 30 A is convenient because everything you need, from food to supplies, is just a short walk away. Elkem India has been operating from this Navi Mumbai office for some time now. It’s a typical office setup—desks, chairs, some meeting rooms that we use when things get busy with clients. Even though it's a tech park, we try to keep things simple and down-to-earth. We deal with various industrial materials and supplies. Most of the day is spent on the phone or coordinating with the warehouse and the clients who need these materials. It can get a bit noisy with the station so close and the trains running all the time, but you stop noticing it after a few weeks of working here. The staff here are mostly locals from around Navi Mumbai or the nearby suburbs. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and then head home at the end of the day. It’s a steady place to work, and we know our way around the industry. It’s practical, honest work without any of the extra fluff.
