Elegent Imports & Exports

We are over at the Synthofine Industrial Estate in Goregaon, right off Arrey Road. It’s a big complex, and our unit is C/213. Being in an industrial area like this is practical for Elegent Imports & Exports because there’s plenty of space for the trucks and the cargo. The air always smells a bit like dust and machinery around here, which is just part of the job. We spend a lot of our time in the warehouse area, making sure the goods coming in and going out are handled properly. Arrey Road is always packed with cars, so we have to plan our deliveries around the traffic jams. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the floor. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we just move goods. Some days the paperwork piles up so high you can’t see the desk, but we get through it. The team here has been together for a while, so we don’t need to say much to understand what needs doing. We see a lot of different people coming through the estate every day. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment, and that suits us fine. We don't have a receptionist or fancy paintings on the walls. We just have crates, pallets, and a lot of shipping manifests. It's a lot of long hours, especially when a big shipment is due to leave, but we stay until it’s finished and the truck is finally on its way.
