Elbee Express is located on the fourth floor of Building No 10/A in Majas Kokan Nagar. That’s in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a view of the rooftops around here. The building is pretty standard for this area. We have room 401. It’s an express delivery kind of business, so there’s always a lot of movement. Boxes get piled up near the door, and the phone doesn't really stop ringing. We are right in the middle of a lot of residential and small commercial spots. The elevator in the building works most of the time, but when it doesn’t, those four flights of stairs are a real workout. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just maps and schedules pinned up. The staff here is just a few people trying to keep track of where everything is going. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans going. It’s not a corporate headquarters with marble floors. It’s just a working office where we process shipments. We’ve been in this Jogeshwari spot for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the building number near the main Kokan Nagar entrance. It’s a bit cramped with all the parcels, but we know where everything is.
