Eknath K Patil & Company

Eknath K Patil & Company has a shop in Sakinaka. We are situated in Building No 13/21, specifically at Shop No 1. It is quite easy to find if you look for the Modi Street Masjid, as we are right near there. The shop is small and has been part of the neighborhood for quite a while. Sakinaka is a place that never really sleeps, with trucks and people moving about at all hours. Our shop is right on the ground level, so it’s easy for people to just walk in. We don’t have any fancy glass windows or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s a regular shop with some old wooden desks and stacks of papers. We know most of the shopkeepers on Modi Street by their first names. Eknath K Patil & Company isn't some big brand that you see on the news. We are just local people working in a local shop. The building 13/21 is an older structure, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We keep our tools and books organized in our own way. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Being near the masjid means we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which is a nice part of our routine. It’s just a normal place.
