You can find our office in the Sarnath Building on Sophia College Lane in Cumballa Hill. We are on the sixth floor, and our door is labeled 59B. This is an older part of Mumbai, and the building has a lot of character. It’s not one of those modern glass towers you see in the newer business districts. We’ve been helping students with their education plans from this same spot for many years. The office is quite cramped because we have so many files and books stacked up everywhere. There are always a few of us sitting around the main table talking to students or their parents. It’s a busy environment and can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We don’t have any fancy signs or expensive office equipment. Everything we have is just there to be used. We usually have the windows open to catch the breeze, though it brings in some of the city noise too. The staff here has worked together for a long time, so we’re like a small family. We don't have any big corporate mission statements or polished speeches. We just listen to what people need and try to point them in the right direction. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense place. We like the personal feel of our small office and wouldn’t want it any other way than the way it is now.
