We are located in the Keytuo Industrial Estate over in Andheri East. It is a busy spot on Kondivita Lane, and there is always something going on with the neighboring units. We have been in unit 24 for quite some time. The work we do here is mostly about making sure goods move from one point to another without too much trouble. It sounds simple but there are always little hiccups along the way that we have to sort out. We deal with a lot of different people, from drivers to warehouse managers. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, the phones are ringing quite a bit. We are not a massive corporation with a bunch of fancy titles and meetings. We are just a group of people who know how the shipping business works in this part of town. The stairs up to the office can be a bit much if you are carrying heavy files, but it is home for us. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a weird request or a problem they can't solve. You never really know what the day will bring in this line of work. One minute everything is fine, and the next, a shipment is redirected or a paper is missing. We just take it as it comes and try not to get too worked up about it. It is a decent place to work, and we get along well. We have our routine down.
