Dwarka Tours

We are based in Pune, specifically over in the Bibvewadi area. Dwarka Tours is run from Flat No 8/5, which is inside Building No 1 in the G Wing. It’s up in Uppar Indiranagar. Living and working in the same neighborhood makes things a lot easier for us, though the G wing can be a bit of a walk from the main gate when we are carrying heavy bags or files. We have a lot of maps and travel schedules lying around the room on different tables. Pune is a big city but this part of Bibvewadi feels like its own little world once you get used to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone making arrangements for trips and various travels. It's not a corporate office with glass walls or fancy carpets. It’s just a regular flat where we do our business every day. The building is usually quiet during the day, which really helps when we need to focus on all the booking details and names. We’ve stayed in this spot for a while, so most of the local delivery guys and neighbors know where Dwarka Tours is located. Sometimes we meet people right here at the kitchen table to go over their travel itineraries and papers. It’s a simple way of working that suits us well. Indiranagar has its own rhythm and we are just part of the daily life here. We keep our records in old plastic folders and use a desktop that’s seen better days. It's practical and works for what we do. No need for anything fancy when you're just trying to get people organized.
