Over at A/10 in the Nandbhuvan Industrial Estate, you’ll find the Ducool India Pvt Ltd team. We’re tucked away in Andheri East, which is a pretty industrial part of town as the name suggests. It’s not the quietest place to work, with all the trucks and activity nearby, but it suits us just fine. We work on cooling systems and related gear. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the 022 area code is home to a lot of businesses like ours. We don't have a lot of glossy brochures or a receptionist at a marble desk. Usually, one of us just wipes their hands and answers the door. We’ve had some rainy seasons where the roof leaked a bit, but we fixed it up. We just try to get the units built and shipped out on schedule. Dealing with cooling technology in a place as warm as India keeps us pretty busy most of the year. There isn’t a lot of downtime here. We appreciate the other business owners in the estate; we all sort of look out for each other. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We’ve been doing this for a while and plan to keep going. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to make sure things stay cool for our clients. That’s the reality of life at Ducool. We just keep our heads down and get on with the task.
