Dsouza Travels

Dsouza Travels has been based here in Ghatkopar West for quite some time. You can find us near Amrut Nagar, which is a busy little area where everyone seems to know each other. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the travel planning happens. We spend our days looking at routes, checking bus and train timings, and trying to help people get where they need to go. It’s more than just selling tickets; it’s about listening to where someone wants to go and figuring out the best way to get them there. We have a lot of regular faces who come in just to talk about their upcoming trips or to ask for advice on a destination. The walls are mostly covered with old calendars and maps we’ve used for years. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but people still find their way to us in Undri. We don't use any fancy booking systems that do all the work; we still like to check things manually to make sure everything is right. The fan in the corner hums all day long while we talk on the phone with different transport operators. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel, but the basic need to visit family or see new places stays the same. We just keep doing our thing here in Ghatkopar, making sure travelers are looked after.
