D.M. Marketing Enterprises

D.M. Marketing Enterprises is located at unit number 2 in the Acme Industrial Estate. This estate is part of the Krishna Metal Compound on I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon East. If you know Mumbai, you know that these industrial compounds are busy and a bit crowded. There is always someone moving crates or a truck trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. Our office is a simple one, located on the ground floor. It’s mostly filled with samples and piles of marketing materials that we need to sort through every day. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. It gets quite loud with the other workshops nearby, but that’s just the sound of the area. We have a small table where we sit and make our calls and handle the paperwork. It’s a very practical space for a marketing business. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day. Most of us take the train to Goregaon and then a rickshaw to the compound. It’s a long day, but we’ve been doing it for years. Behind us is the Tirupati Udyog building, which is another landmark people use to find us. It’s just a regular Mumbai workspace with no frills, and we've been here long enough to feel at home.
