A good way to find the building is to look for the Chowpatty Band Stand Garden nearby. Divyesh Kumarpal Kothari & Co. has been operating out of this location for quite some time. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have several desks pushed together and stacks of folders everywhere. It’s a busy environment where we mostly focus on our daily tasks. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street activity on Walkeshwar Road. The area is always full of people, especially being so close to the garden and the beach area. We don’t have much in the way of decor, just some basic calendars on the walls and the usual office supplies. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We have a small group of people working here, and we’ve all gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The noise from the traffic outside is a constant backdrop to our day. We aren't trying to be fancy or corporate. We just show up, do our work, and keep things moving. It’s an honest place with a lot of history for us. We like the convenience of this part of Walkeshwar Road. It feels like home after all these years of being here.
