Dilip J Mody

My name is Dilip J Mody, and I work out of B 10 in the Vasuki Building. This is located in Ghatkopar East, quite close to Somaiya College. Having the college nearby means there are always students walking around and a bit of energy in the air, though the building itself is relatively quiet. I’ve been here for several years now, and it’s a good, steady place to handle my professional affairs. The office is on the ground level or just a bit up, making it easy for people to stop by without needing to search through a massive complex. Inside, it’s mostly just files, a desk, and the usual things you need to get work done. It’s a no-frills environment. I don't go in for fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. I just sit here and handle the tasks that come my way. The Vasuki Building is an older structure, but it’s solid and well-known in this part of Ghatkopar. Most of my day is spent on the phone or working through documents. It’s a very practical life, and I like the routine of coming here every morning. It’s not a big company with hundreds of employees, just me and occasionally a helper or two ensuring everything is kept in order for those who rely on my services. It is a simple setup that has worked well for me and my clients for a long time.
