Diebold Systems Pvt. Ltd. is up on the fourth floor of the 'C' Wing in the Trade Star building. It’s right on the Andheri Kurla Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed that road gets. We’ve been here in Andheri East for a while. The building is one of those big commercial ones, but our office feels a bit more lived-in. We have been doing systems work for years. It’s a lot of technical stuff, mostly keeping things running for other companies. We don't have any flashy posters or corporate art on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards with notes and desks covered in cables. It can get a bit loud when the whole team is in, but it’s a good environment. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a group of people who are good with systems. The commute can be a nightmare for some of the staff, but we make it work. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and complain about the rain during monsoon season. We don't bother with those corporate slogans or fancy talk. We just want to make sure the systems don't crash. It’s practical work. We’ve seen other companies come and go in Trade Star, but we’ve managed to stay put. We just do our thing every day on the fourth floor.
