Di Bella Coffee

We are over at C-62 in the Journalist Colony on MRB Road in Bandra East. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city. Being a coffee shop, our day starts early. We have to get the machines warmed up and the beans ready before the first commuters start looking for a drink. The area has a lot of history with the Journalist Colony being right here, so you get an interesting mix of people stopping by. The shop is a bit worn in some places, with scuffs on the chairs and some old marks on the floor, but it gives it a lived-in feel. We do not go for that super polished corporate look. It is more of a place where you can just sit and not worry about being fancy. We spend a lot of time cleaning the steam wands and making sure the grinders are set right. It can get pretty noisy when the milk is frothing and people are talking over the music. MRB Road is always busy, so there is a constant stream of cars outside. We just keep our heads down and serve the coffee as it comes. It is a lot of standing and moving around, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any big mission, we just want to keep the shop running and make sure the coffee tastes like it should every morning. It is a simple life behind the counter.
