We’re located in Star Light CHS, which is on Plot 12 in the Gorai-1 area of Borivali West. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the main market areas. Dewan Housing Finance Corp Ltd has this office in 203, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Mostly, we deal with people who want to buy a home and need to figure out the money side of things. It’s a lot of forms, checking bank statements, and explaining how loans work. People come in with their families, sometimes looking a bit nervous about the big steps they are taking. We just sit with them and go through the details one by one. Borivali is a nice place to be based, especially this part of Gorai where it's a bit greener. The office itself is pretty basic—just some computers and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just focus on getting the paperwork right so people can get their keys. Sometimes the process takes longer than anyone wants, but we just keep pushing through it. It’s a lot of responsibility handling people’s house dreams, so we try to just stay focused.
