We've been working out of Gat No.104 in Vinchur Gavli for a while now. If you know where the Adgoan Substation is, we're right across from it. It's a busy spot in Nashik but it works for us. Deshmukh Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge corporate office with glass walls. It's mostly just a group of us who know a thing or two about solar panels and how they help people save on their bills. We spend most of our time out on sites or here in the shop checking equipment. There isn't much to say about the history other than we saw a need for renewable energy in this part of Nashik and decided to set things up. The weather here is good for what we do. People come by the office sometimes to ask questions about how the setups work. We try to give them straight answers without the sales talk. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty around here with the road being what it is, but we keep the panels clean. We handle the paperwork and the installations ourselves. It's a lot of physical work, especially when the sun is beating down on the roofs. We've got a small team and everyone knows their job. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything, just a place to get work done. That's pretty much how we run things here near the substation. It is honest work and it keeps our small crew busy throughout the week.
