Delta Arch

Our office is up in God Gift Tower, right by M. R. Chowk on Hill Road. If you know Bandra West, you know how hectic it can get around here. There’s always noise from the street, but once you get up to 9-302 B, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been working out of this spot for years. It’s a small space, mostly filled with samples of wood, stone, and a lot of rolled-up drawings that we really should organize better. We aren't the type of firm that has a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just yells "come in" when the bell rings. Architecture here is a challenge because space is so tight. You have to be clever about every inch. We spend a lot of time arguing over where a window should go or how to save a few centimeters in a hallway. It’s practical stuff. We’ve worked on all sorts of projects, from tiny apartments to bigger commercial spots. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic for an hour just trying to reach a site a few kilometers away. That’s just Bandra life. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just draw the plans, talk to the builders, and try to make sure everything stays on budget. It doesn't always go perfectly, but we stay until it's right. The view from the office isn't much, just other buildings, but we like it here and we plan to stay.
