Deepak Steel Industries

Deepak Steel Industries is based out of room 614 in Dalamal Towers, over in Marine Lines. It’s a different vibe being in a big building like this compared to a ground-floor shop. We spend our days up here handling the paperwork and the phone calls that keep everything moving. The view from the office is okay, but we are usually too busy to look out the window much. It’s a professional enough space, though we’ve got stacks of files and ledgers all over the desks. It feels like a real office, but without the corporate polish you might expect. We have been in Dalamal Towers for a while now, and the elevators are always a bit of a wait in the mornings. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on orders. It’s a lot of coordination. We don’t have a warehouse here, obviously, just the administrative side of things. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We try to stay organized, but with steel industries, there is always something changing. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when the work piles up. It’s just how we run things at Deepak Steel Industries. We aren't a huge team, but we know the business inside and out. It’s steady work in a busy part of the city.
