Our office, number 184, is located in the Sunrays Shopping Centre in Sector 5. We are right in the middle of Kandivali West, very close to the Charkop Market. It is a very lively part of town. There are always people moving around and shops opening and closing. Inside our space, things are a bit more subdued. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and some old charts. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s a simple place to work without any corporate frills. Most of our day is spent dealing with documents and talking to the locals who come in. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for making tea. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once. We just handle things one by one. The printer makes a loud noise every time we use it, but it gets the job done. We know most of the other people who work in the shopping centre. It feels like we are part of the daily life here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just do the work honestly and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a small, busy office in a great neighborhood. We just do the work and close the shutters at the end of the day.
