Decon Consultancy

Our office is part of the Shantikung Co-operative Housing Society in Kharghar. We are at Plot No 14-D, Flat Nod/03, in Sector No 4. It’s a quiet residential area in Navi Mumbai, which is a nice change from the really crowded parts of the city. We do our consultancy work here at Decon. If the main line doesn’t work, people usually try our mobile numbers—9867349283 or 9867383247. We’ve had those numbers for years. The office is basically a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It makes things feel more comfortable and less stiff. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of shelf space for our records. Being in a housing society means we have to keep the noise down, which suits us just fine. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or going over project details. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to get some fresh air. Kharghar is a good spot because it feels a bit more open. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just come to the door and knock. It is a very straightforward way of doing business, and we prefer it that way. No corporate talk, just consultancy.
