Our office is tucked away in Byculla, specifically at MSBB 2/303 near 4th Pasta Lane. It’s a busy area around Colaba Market and being on the second floor of Flat 17 means we hear the street noise all day long. If you look out the window, you can see the activity over by Rani Baug. It is an old building, so the stairs can be a bit steep when you are carrying bags or documents. We spend our mornings checking schedules and answering the phone that never seems to stop ringing. There is a small desk where we keep all the travel brochures and passports in neat piles. The air conditioning works most of the time, but we usually keep the fan on high as well. It’s just a few of us here. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby in the market. Sometimes clients come in just to sit and talk about their plans for an hour. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving chairs around. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a couple of plastic chairs for people to wait. It gets quite humid in this part of town, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things organized, but there is always a stray map or a ticket printout lying around somewhere on the desk.
