Our shop is located at A-122 in the Satyam Shopping Centre, right in Ghatkopar East. Being in a shopping center means we are surrounded by all kinds of stores, from clothes to electronics, so there is always a lot of noise and energy outside our door. It’s a convenient location for people in the neighborhood to drop by. We provide various technical services from this small unit. It is a compact space, filled mostly with the tools and parts we need for our daily work. We don't have a big reception area or a team of secretaries. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us working at the main counter or at the back desks. Ghatkopar is a busy place, and the East side has its own specific vibe that we’ve grown to like over the years. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. Most of our regulars are local residents or small business owners from nearby who know they can just walk in. The office is functional and maybe a bit cluttered sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We don’t spend much on advertising or fancy decor. We just rely on the fact that we’re here every day and we know what we’re doing with the tech stuff. It’s a simple, local operation where we keep things practical and try to stay on top of the work we have.
