We sit here in room 302 of Shree Ganesh Darshan Chs, right near the Mulund Check Naka. It is a busy spot in Mulund West. Most days involve a lot of typing and looking at screens. People walk in and out all the time since the building is right there on the main road. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it. The office isn't very big, but it fits everyone. We deal with data and tech stuff mostly. My desk is near the window where you can see the cars piling up at the check naka. Sometimes the tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is when we take a break. It is just a normal workplace. We have been here in Mumbai for a while now. The walls are a plain white and we have some old files stacked in the corner that we really should sort out one day. It is not fancy or anything like those big glass buildings you see in newspapers. Just a regular place where we get things done. We know the neighbors in the other flats too. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Working in Mulund 400 080 feels okay. It is home for the business. There is always someone on the phone or clicking a mouse. We just keep at it and go home when the sun goes down.
