We've been here in Bhandup West for a while now. It’s a busy spot, number 9 to be exact. The traffic gets pretty bad around here in the afternoons, but we manage to get through it. We have a few cars that we keep running every day. Sometimes the AC needs a bit of a kick to get started when it’s really hot outside, but we get it sorted. People around the neighborhood know where we are. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place to coordinate where the drivers are going next. Most days it’s just about answering the phone and making sure someone is available when a call comes in. We know these roads like the back of our hands. From the small lanes to the main highway, we’ve driven it all a thousand times. It’s hard work, especially with the monsoon rains making everything a mess, but we keep the vehicles moving. We don't really do much advertising. Usually, someone just sees the cars parked up or hears about us from a neighbor. It's mostly locals needing a ride to the station or maybe to the airport early in the morning. We try to be on time, though the signals in Bhandup can be unpredictable. That's just how it is living and working here. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, more buildings going up and more cars on the road, but we stay right here at our little spot in Bhandup West.
