We've been at the Commerce Centre on Tardeo Main Road for a while now. It's an old building, but we like it here on the 3rd floor. Dalal Machine Tools Agency Pvt Ltd mostly deals with various types of machinery that workshops and factories need. It's busy around here, lots of traffic on the main road, but that's just how Mumbai is. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and trying to get the right equipment for people who come to us. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get work done. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. Sometimes the lift in the society takes a bit of time, so we tell everyone to be patient. We handle things like lathes or milling machines, the usual stuff you’d expect. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the inventory pretty well. It’s a straightforward business. We don't do much advertising, we just focus on the orders we have on the desk. Tardeo is a central spot, so it makes it easy for folks to drop by if they are in the area. We keep things simple and try to help out where we can with technical questions. There are some local tea stalls nearby where we often take a break. It's a decent place to work and we are happy here.
