Daksh Academy

We are set up at Daksh Academy, located over by Borivali West on the Pune Satara Road. It’s a bit of a specific spot that people around here know well once they’ve visited us once or twice. We focus on teaching and helping students with their studies, so our rooms are mostly filled with benches, whiteboards, and stacks of notebooks. It isn't a massive campus with fancy gardens or anything like that. We just have a few clean rooms where we can sit down and get to work on the lessons. The area outside can get pretty noisy with the traffic from the Pune Satara Road, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. We’ve got a small staff of teachers who really care about how the kids are doing. Most of us have been here for a few seasons now. We don’t use a lot of high-tech gadgets; we mostly stick to books and explanations on the board because that’s what seems to work best for our students. There’s a small area where students can leave their bags and wait for their parents to pick them up after class. It’s a very straightforward place. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just open our doors every morning and try to make sure every student who comes in leaves knowing a bit more than they did when they arrived. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day.
