D R Steel

We are located at 103 Girgaon City Light. Dealing with steel is what we do every day. Girgaon is a busy neighborhood and it gets quite loud with all the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. Our shop isn't exactly huge. We keep what people need and try to stay organized, but sometimes the piles of metal get a bit messy. It is a dusty job and there is no way around that. Usually, it is just a couple of us here working the floor. We take orders for different types of steel and metal pieces. Some days are very slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Other days, we can barely keep up with the people coming in. We don't do anything fancy like big advertising or glossy brochures. We just measure things out, cut them to size, and get them sold. Most of our customers are locals or contractors we have known for years. Sometimes a delivery truck will get stuck in one of the narrow lanes around here, which can be a real headache. It is just part of the daily routine in this part of town. We open up pretty early in the morning and stay until the work is finished. Not much else to say about us really. We are just a local business trying to do the work and keep the shop going year after year.
