Our office is up on the 4th floor of Bilqees Mansion, which is at 261/263 D N Road, right on the Shiv Vallabh Cross Road. It’s quite a walk up if the lift isn't working, which happens sometimes in these older buildings around here. We are close to the City Hospital, so there are always ambulances and people moving about. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with cars, taxis, and buses. The office itself is full of stacks of files and old folders piled up on every available surface. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time, and it feels very lived-in and familiar. There’s a bit of a musty smell from all the old paper, but we don't really mind it much anymore. We spend most of our time at our desks, talking to clients or sorting through documents that need attention. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it organized in our own way. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over the years as we needed it. We have a small area for guests to sit, though it’s usually covered in some ledgers or books. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just where we get our daily tasks done. D N Road is a good location because people know it. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of things.
