D K Metal Works

We are over here in Malad East on Bhai Rajyogi Jaimal Singh Marg. It is a busy spot and D K Metal Works has been around for a while now. Most days it is just us working with different kinds of metals. The noise of the machines is something you get used to after a few years. People come by when they need something specific made or cut to size. It isn't a fancy office with air conditioning. It is a real workshop where things actually happen. We spend a lot of time checking the pieces and making sure everything looks alright before it leaves the door. Sometimes the weather is too hot and makes the metal hard to touch, but the work has to get done anyway. The traffic on Jaimal Singh Marg can be quite a mess in the evenings, so we try to get most of our loading done early in the day. There is a lot of dust and scrap metal lying around usually. We keep things moving because that is how it works here. If you walk past, you will see the guys busy with the grinders and the welding tools. It is simple work but it takes a lot of patience to get the shapes right. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a local business trying to do things properly and keep the machines running every day.
