At Custodia Legis Law Firm, we spend most of our time dealing with files and talking to people about their legal situations. Our office is located in the Patliputra Complex over in Andheri West, right near Madivala. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses, so there is always people coming and going. We don't have one of those fancy, intimidating law offices you see on TV. It is just a functional space with lots of shelves for law books and client folders. We spend many hours reading through documents and writing up various legal papers. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when deadlines are approaching, but we try to keep things organized. Clients usually come in feeling a bit worried, so we just sit down and talk through what is happening in plain language. We aren't here to use big words just to sound smart; we just want to get the work done properly. Working in Andheri means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient for getting to court or meeting people. The light in the office isn't the best, but we have enough lamps. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It is a lot of hard work and attention to detail, but that is what being a lawyer in a local firm involves.
