Cuisine Inn Private Limited is over in Dadar East. Our office is in the Rail View Building, specifically Flat No 2. It is on Lakhamshi Nappu Road. If you know Dadar, you know it is right in the middle of everything. The name of the building is pretty accurate because you can definitely see the trains and hear them all day long. It is a constant sound in the background while we work. The building itself is one of the older ones in the area. It has a lot of character, but also some of the problems that come with old buildings, like creaky doors. We use the flat as our main base. It isn't a large corporate office. It feels more like a home that has been turned into a workspace. We have our files and our desks squeezed in. Most of our day is spent handling the admin side of the food business. People walk by on the street outside all the time since it is such a busy junction. We usually grab tea from the stall nearby. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just come up and we are there working. It works for us because we like being in the heart of the city where everything is moving. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we are used to it by now. The noise of the station is just part of our daily life here.
