Crepe Coffee & Conversation

Crepe Coffee & Conversation is over at Fort, on Marzban Road, number 16. It’s a bit of a quiet street compared to some of the main roads nearby. The name pretty much says it all. We make crepes, we brew coffee, and people come here to talk. We didn't want to build a place that felt like a cold office or a fast-food joint. It’s more like a spot where you can sit down for a while and not feel rushed. The building we are in has some character, like most things in Fort. We kept it simple inside. No over-the-top decorations or anything like that. Just some places to sit and a counter where we work. We spend a lot of time getting the coffee right, but we don't go on about it. It’s just coffee. The crepes are made when you order them. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, but that’s because we aren't a factory. We get a lot of people who work in the offices nearby, especially during the lunch hour or right after they finish for the day. It’s a nice mix of people. We aren't looking to be the biggest chain in the country. We just like having this one spot on Marzban Road where things are a little slower. It’s just our way of doing things.
