Craft Unlimited

You have to walk up to the 4th floor of the Munchharam Building to find us. It’s a bit of a climb, especially when the weather is hot, but we’ve been at 350 S.V.P. Road for a long time. The space is filled with whatever we are working on at the moment. It’s not a very quiet building, there’s always noise from the street below and other businesses around us. We spend most of our time at the workbenches. We started Craft Unlimited because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s not a big corporate office with nice furniture. It’s more of a place where things actually get made. Sometimes the floor is messy with scraps and bits of material, but that’s just part of the process. We have a few people who help out with the different tasks. My brother handles a lot of the phone calls while I stay in the back with the tools. We don't spend much money on advertising or anything like that. Most people hear about us from someone else who came up the stairs before. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The elevator in this building is old, so we usually just take the stairs anyway. It keeps us moving. We just try to do decent work every day and get the orders out on time.
