Prashant Art

Prashant Art is a small shop located on Sopara Devji Bhimji Lane. We do various types of art work here for the people in the neighborhood. It is a bit tucked away in the lane but we have been at this spot for quite some time. The area stays pretty active throughout the day. We usually have projects lined up on the tables and there is always some paint or materials lying around. It is just how we work. People stop by to ask about different designs or just to see what we are currently making. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of salesmen. It is just us in the shop doing the work manually. The lane can be narrow so it feels like a close-knit spot. We try to keep things simple and honest with our customers. Most of the time we are just focused on the piece in front of us. It is quiet work for the most part, except for the usual street noise outside on Devji Bhimji Lane. We take our time to make sure things look okay. It is not a high-speed factory or anything like that. Just a local art place where we use our hands to get things done. We like the rhythm of the daily routine here and the people we meet. It’s a plain and simple shop for art. Every day brings something new for us to work on.
