Cp Careers Pvt. Ltd is based out of Poonam Nagar in Andheri East. You can find us at E-28 in the Aashirwad Flats. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here can tell you. Andheri East is always humming with people going to and from the metro and the various offices around here. We’ve been in the Aashirwad Flats for quite some time. The office is tucked away in a residential building, which gives it a more relaxed and local feel compared to the big IT parks nearby. We mainly deal with jobs and helping people find where they need to go in their work lives. It’s a lot of phone calls, looking at resumes, and talking to different companies. Some days are busier than others, with the phone ringing constantly. We don't have a big corporate structure here; it’s just a few of us working together. We try to keep the atmosphere friendly. You won’t find any marble floors or glass elevators here. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We like being in Andheri because everything is accessible. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is good because we often work through our breaks when things get hectic. We just keep at it, day after day.
