You can find Cool Cab Associates over on VIT College Road in Andheri East. We are located at number 4, right near the Takshila Police Chowki. It is a busy little corner. Most of our time is spent managing drivers and keeping an eye on the vehicles. Being near a college means there are always a lot of students walking around, and the police chowki is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Our office is a simple room where we keep the car keys and the duty logs. It is not a fancy place with air conditioning and leather chairs. We have a lot of tea and spend time talking about the traffic on the Western Express Highway or the latest petrol prices. The cars need a lot of looking after, so you might see someone checking the oil or wiping down a windshield outside. We have been operating in this area for a decent amount of time. It is a tough business because things can go wrong with a car at any minute, but we just handle it as it comes. We are not some big app-based company. We are just local guys with some cabs trying to provide a way for people to get around Andheri. It is practical work and it keeps us on our toes every single day of the week. There is always a driver coming back from a shift or someone getting ready to start one.
