Convergys India Services

Our office is tucked away in Lok Upvan Phase 2, over in Vasant Vihar, Thane West. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it feels a little quieter than the main city centers sometimes. Convergys India Services has been operating out of G1-504 for some time now. It’s basically a setup where we get our daily tasks done. We have people coming in for different shifts, and there is always someone around the building. Thane has grown so much lately, but this little corner stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. It is mostly just the teams sitting together, working through the queues. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We aren't trying to be the biggest or anything, just doing the work that comes our way. The pin code is 400610 if you are trying to find it on a map. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get here. It’s a practical spot for a service center. We keep the desks mostly tidy, though papers tend to pile up by the end of the week. It’s just how a normal office runs. No big corporate speeches here, just people getting through the workday and heading home to their families.
