Convergys India Pvt Ltd

We’ve been here in Andheri East for a while now, right across from the Thomson Gas Service on Mahakali Caves Road. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and you know how the traffic gets around here, but it’s where we do our work every day. Convergys India Pvt Ltd is just a bunch of people showing up, handling calls or whatever tasks are on the desk for the shift. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place with desks and computers. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the door, but we manage. People come from all over the suburbs to work here. We don't really do much besides the daily operations. It’s mostly just keeping things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up nearby, but the gas station across the street stays the same. Most of us just grab a quick tea from the stall outside when there is a break. It's just a regular workplace. Nothing much to brag about, just honest work happening day in and day out. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when it's busy. That is just how it is in this part of town. If you are looking for us, we are right there on the main road, can't really miss it if you know the landmark.
