Continental Metal Industries

This place is located in the Marol Nand Dham Industrial Estate. If you know the Agni Shaman Dal Marg area, we are at C 14. It is an industrial zone so it is never really quiet around here. We deal with metal every single day. There is always the sound of something being cut or moved around. Our floor is concrete and usually has some metal shavings or scraps on it by the afternoon. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We do not spend money on fancy signs or new paint. It is more about getting the orders finished and out the door to the people who need them. Sometimes the heat from the machines gets a bit much during the summer months. We just open the shutters wider then to let a breeze in. You see trucks coming and going all day long in this estate. It is a hardworking environment. Nothing is very polished here, just lots of iron and steel. We keep track of everything on paper mostly because it is easier. If someone stops by, they usually find us busy with a machine or talking to a driver. We just keep our heads down and handle the metal work as it comes in. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually our only break.
