Consul Consolidated Pvt Ltd is based in Tilak Nagar, specifically at 102, Vimalshree Aditi Appartment. It is more of an office setup than a shop, located inside a residential building. Being on the first floor makes it a bit quieter than the shops on the ground level. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are mostly full of old papers. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the neighbors coming and going. Tilak Nagar is a lived-in area, so it feels very local and familiar. The apartment itself is not very large, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day work. We make tea in the small corner area every afternoon. The walls are decorated with a few old calendars and a clock that ticks quite loudly. Sometimes the elevator in the building gets stuck, so we just take the stairs since it's only one flight up. We spend a lot of time on the computers or talking among ourselves about the tasks at hand. It’s a very plain environment, without any corporate art or fancy furniture. We just come here in the morning, do what needs to be done at our desks, and then leave when the sun starts to set.
