Conscript

Our office, Conscript, is tucked away in the Shuchidham area of Goregaon East. We are in the Saraswati building, room D-303. If you have ever traveled down General A. K. Vaidya Road, you know how much activity there is around here. It is a busy part of Mumbai, but our building is a bit more settled. We have been operating from this space for some time now. The office is basically just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. We do not go in for any of that high-end corporate decor. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area for tea. Most of our day is spent coordinating things over the phone or through emails. It is a lot of back and forth, making sure people are where they need to be. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always another task to finish before we can head home. The walk to the station or the wait for a bus on Vaidya Road can be a lot at the end of the day, but it is just part of living and working in Mumbai. We know the other people in the building and the shopkeepers downstairs. It feels like a small community. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work we have to do and try to get it right the first time. It is a simple setup but it works for us and our clients.
