Columbus Ship Management

We are located at room 303 in the Al Washi Building, which is part of the Sailesh Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society in Mumbra, Thane. Mumbra is a very busy and crowded area, so there is always a lot of energy right outside our door. The Al Washi building is a typical structure for this part of Thane. We are up on the third floor, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb when it's hot out. At Columbus Ship Management, we keep things very practical. The office is small and filled with the things we need for the day-to-day work, like maps, logs, and our computer setups. It’s not a fancy place with expensive decor. We just have sturdy desks and chairs. The noise from the street is pretty constant, with horns and people calling out, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have the windows open to let some air in. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We just sit together and figure out what needs to be done. The society has a lot of families, so it feels like a very lived-in place. We grab our tea from a local vendor nearby. It’s just a regular, working-class office in a part of town that never really sleeps.
