Kachoco

Kachoco is located right here in H28 Colaba. This part of the city is always full of life, and our little spot is tucked away where we do our daily work. It is not a very big place, just enough room for the few of us and the equipment we use. We mostly spend our time making sure everything is prepared correctly. Colaba has a certain feel to it, and being based here means we see all sorts of people passing by. The space in H28 is functional. We have some old chairs and a table that has seen better days, but it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy with the actual work. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a chance to clean up a bit. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on what we have to do for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but that’s just life in the city. We appreciate the people who stop in to check on their orders. It is a simple operation. We like the routine of opening up in the morning and seeing the street wake up. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Colaba without any fuss or complications. There’s a tea vendor nearby who knows our usual order by now.
