Our office is at 2B Hari Bhavan. It is on the Khar Pali Road in Khar West. We are part of the CTS No F/176 to F/178 block. This is a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of energy outside the windows. The building itself, Hari Bhavan, has been around for some time. We are on the second floor. Inside, it is mostly computers and desks and, as the name suggests, plenty of coffee. We spend a lot of time on calls or chatting with people from all over. It is a global kind of business, but we are very much rooted in this neighborhood. You can hear the traffic from the street and the occasional horn from a rickshaw. We do not have any fancy corporate art on the walls, just some notes and calendars. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work for the team. Sometimes we go down to the local shops for a snack or to just get some air. Khar West is a great place to be because everything is so close, though finding parking is a nightmare. We do not really care about being polished or sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people working on our projects and trying to stay connected with the rest of the world from our little corner of Mumbai. The rainy season makes the street outside look quite different, but the inside stays the same.
